LuxAeris provides a request intake experience for premium travel options (Premium Economy, Business, First Class, and Private Jet charter). Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, pricing, or booking.
You are not obligated to book any option provided. Any booking (if you proceed) may be subject to additional terms, airline rules, charter operator terms, and payment conditions.
You agree to provide accurate contact and trip details. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent a response.
We may rely on third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, form processing, travel partners). Their services may have separate terms.
The LuxAeris name, branding, and website content are owned by LuxAeris (or its licensors) and may not be used without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxAeris is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
